Compiling and categorizing internet junk that represents my core identity. Somehow, everything always points back to my childhood horse-girl phase.

Given the freedom to format 256 images as an exploration of our interests, encourage self-reflection as designers, and gather the initial puzzle pieces that will create the full picture of our thesis, I created a 240-page book that essentially screams me.

"2023 / 256 - Like a junk drawer, but you can't seem to throw anything away," exhibits my experimentation with bookmaking by incorporating a cross-stitched hardcover and an external preface packaged as a gift. I wanted to create an intimate and slow experience when interacting with my book prior to reaching the book’s contents. Each chapter is accompanied by a Spotify playlist I curated when collecting images that compliment the chapter's aura. All 256 images are simply images that I find visually interesting, stimulate nostalgia, or show my genuine love for life.
